(if anyone can open that link, that'd be great!)
As you can see, the center stroke of the "F" is broken off and not with it. Could anyone please tell me in mm (millimeters) the length and width of the stroke, as i have a chrome plating service that can do pot metal repairs and may be able to do a repair for me...depending on price that is!
Cheers Muddy. |

Location: Oklahoma | My tape measure doesn't have mm, but shows about 2 5/8 inches from lower point to upper corner. Conversion calculator shows 66.675 mm. I may have a steel rule with mm out in my shop that I can dig out later if needed.

Location: South Australia | Many apologies on my slow reply, have been under the pump at home and work!!
Awesome!, that was exactly what i needed. I also didn't realize the stroke tapered out and the end finished with a slope, so that's also a great pick-up!
Thanks very much 61imp, that's a big help...only three to go and my Belvedere might become a Fury one day! |
