Subject: how small pict. is needed to keep screen small?

Location: Valley Forge, Pa.		The site says max 200mb. I reduce a pict to that but it causes the messages to be drawn out that I have to scroll left & right to read a message. What is the max that would keep the pict and message all in the frame?

Location: Kansas City, KS		It depends on the resolution (size) of your personal screen.
The common picture size here is 800x600 pixels
