Can anyone pop up any pics of a '60 Chrysler in Tropic Turquoise and one in Lilac? I will be building a couple of model kits and would like to see the corresponding interiors for these two colors. Not much for examples on the web of these. Must have been pretty rare colors. I believe the turquoise was a spring color.

Thanks very much for your links. Some beautiful photos there. However, I think those cars are Bluegrass metallic, not the darker solid Tropic Turquoise. And I've yet to find one in Lilac. I see the more common metallic Iris, but not the solid Lilac. Hard colors to find.

What kid are you building? I found an old JoHan kit on Ebay a year and a half ago and built it in the color of my Saratoga, though the kit is a New Yorker. The seller included a new grille from Modelhaus. The kit also had the wrong chassis, it's a 59 full frame type chassis. The wheels are Danbury Mint issue.

How deep a color is the tropic turquoise? My Saratoga is not an original color but now I'm wondering if it's anywhere close to Tropical Turquoise, which I never heard of prior to this. My car was originally Bluegrass Metallic, the previous owner had it repainted the solid turquoise it wears now.
