Expert Posts: 2596 Location: Upplands Väsby, Sweden | Congratulations to you made clear your fine New Yorker in 1959. As you know, I am specially fond of Chrysler in 1959. Wheels fit the car and I like the color at your car. Your wife looks happy when she can go with a fine NY and see her husband a little more (much time spent in the garage?). Board Moderator & Exner Expert 10K+ Posts: 13055 Location: Southern Sweden - Sturkö island | I really like the picture Victoria Park 003, just like it was taken out of an advertising brochure. The paint scheme is very nice as well. That said, I totally disagree with the wheels - they go together with the car like Nikes to a Tuxedo. Just my opinion. Hope you'll be able to enjoy the car for miles and miles and......

Elite Veteran Posts: 967 Location: Canada | Thanks guys, I'm not big on the wheels myself, 2 1/4" whites will have to wait until next year. The back window is a little sticky (Power windows), I think switches are a little dirty. Do they just pop out for cleaning?

Posts: 19146 Location: bishop, ca | Yes, very nicely done, Troy, and, I DO like those wheels, with the car, probably because the tires are black wall. In Re: Walt's observation....you'll find that you'll never be 'done' working on the car; there's always going to be something that needs fixing or improving or upgrading, or..... That's why they call it LIVING with the car. BTW, seriously consider getting Diamondback www radials for your car, next year. There are no markings on the outboard side of the tires, and the tires are trailer-rated; their sidewalls are very strong so that the tires will not roll-under the wheels, when you drive around corners. The tires are pressure rated at 55 psi(!), and speed rated for 85MPH, altho I've had my car's tires up to around 100 a couple times, or so.
