Frumpy is a HIM!!! LOL But with all the looks that I've had in the past 2 days you would think I was from OUTER SPACE.

Is 'Frumpy' the nickname for the car or for Dorsey?

Just kidding, Frumpy is looking good! The wheels are a nice touch.

For the past 2 days, Frumpy and I have had big smile's on our faces. I had paint matched to the color chip and had it put in aerosol cans. I then painted the wheels. You can see how much the car has faded.

I was at a small car show at a local pizza restaurant and received this trophy.

I added some more Bling to Frumpy. The horn doesn't work but I'll figure that out after the NEW wears off.

It looks like this company does a really good job restoring these wheels. I plan to have mine done when I get the funds saved up. I have the company bookmarked in my computer

i have a question. my 61 fury coupe has the same type of steering wheel but the horn button lacks the PLYMOUTH letters. its a manual steering (round wheel) but the horn button should be the same. not? or was this a canadian thing? (original radio does not say plymouth either, only "chryco") also it has an ELECTRIC washer pump with a neat button in the center of the switch. was that a canadian feature too? i have never seen that on a domestic 61 plymouth.

I saw a horn ring bar with no letters on ebay. I didn't know that they made 2 different types. I'm not sure about the electric washer pump.

I pulled this seat out of the '60 plymouth Fury that I'm parting out. My '61 seat was down to the springs. My arse feels so much better sitting in a swivel!!!

Royalty??? I do feel privileged to own a decent '61 Plymouth and I'm taking Frumpy to work with me today. Today, I will make my presence know among the Suburbans and Priuses.
