Through the ups, downs, and in-between times..... the petty upsets and the major downfalls...... I can't go too many days without logging in to see what's going on. This IS a special Mopar place. Location: The Mile High City | Hi, Dave: Congratulations, thank you, and happy anniversary! Here's to another decade as successful as the first! Reflecting back on the last ten years, what were the milestones? What was the most often-viewed thread? Who has the most postings? What was the first post? Thanks for listing the charter members, that is good to know! Cheers, Mike Edited by Lancer Mike 2008-03-07 2:10 PM

My friends who have cars other than the finned variety, often comment that they wish they had as much interaction with like owners as us 55-61 Mopar folks do. ( I am always telling them something that is going on here). I tell them that in LARGE part, it is because we have the BEST website there is!!!--FORWARDLOOK ing to the next 10 years ..................................MO

Expert Posts: 1508 Location: new york | Back in 1980 when I got my 1st FL a 1959 dodge ,all anyone knew and wanted were Chebys and Fords .And for many years I would pull into shows or cruise nights and be the only FL mopar around . Theres still not tons of them around but thanks to this great web site I can see talk to and listen to a whole lot of Mopar guys like me. A common interest in these cars makes for great fellowship and and many years of enjoyment of this great hobby .Thanks for keeping up the GREAT WORK and as always HAPPY MOTORING!!!!Victor.. Exner Expert 19,174 posts. Neil passed away 18 Sep 2015. You will be missed, Neil! Posts: 19146 Location: bishop, ca | I was able to get my car, as inexpensively as I did, BECAUSE there was no FWDLK website (and no internet!) back in 1980. Ron Waters brow-beat/jaw-boned me into joining-up; BEST thing he ever did for me! Congrats Mr. & Mrs. Stragand (on the site & on your boy!)

Expert Posts: 1812 Location: Slidell La. | To Dave and Julie , thank you for the forsight to start this site . Without this site , I would have probably been driving a Chevy by now , if I never could have found this great group of enthusists and the source of info sharing to keep my car on the road . Your names will be mentioned in history for the preservation of the ForwardLookers . A friend of mine is a walking encyclopedia (?) for Ford . He is on the Board for a group called Comets East , Everytime I show him a thread on our site , his jaw drops at how our/your site is so nice and laid out . Keep up the good work . God has blessed you and you wife with patience . Thank You .

Regular Posts: 72 Location: Fayetteville, NC | Dave, I will never forget you inviting me to join the Forwardlook email list and later the website when my 58 Plymouth project was still a work in progress. I believe it was my second trip to then Chryslers at Carlisle (before they changed the name). Was it 10 years ago? What a change you and the email list and website have made. As I remember during my first Chryslers at Carlisle there were two or three forwardlook cars and one of those a 58 Plymouth Christine which won first in class. Now the grounds are covered with hundreds of forwardlook cars (including mine for the last two years) and I believe the email list and later the website you started was a big reason for the big change in the number of forwardlook cars now seen at Carlisle each year. Thanks again for all you put together!!! Harry in NC

None of them would have met and shared the knowledge and love of these cars if you had not persevered into this creation you named the Forwardlook.net. My deepest thanks.
