Location: Buena Park, CA | If this had a title, I think I would have to put off my '56 Plymouth restoration for a while . . . . I just don't want to have to deal with the CA DMV. |

| Actually, getting a new title in California is very easy for these old cars. You just submit CA DMV REG 343 form with a vehicle verification. Free lancers employed by car dealers with DMV Vehicle Verifier Licenses are available, heck my wife used to be so licensed.

Doesn't matter where it's from or where it was last registered. If it's in California, you get new title and registration with REG 343.

Location: Pacific Northwest | Car came from Colorado which is where it was last registered. Absent minded seller if you ask me. Get the title all sorted out THEN list it for sale. |

| Lack of title is a good opportunity to get a $3000 discount for something $200 and a little smarts would fix. |

Location: NY & VT | Heck a lot of states, like NY for example, don't even title cars over 20 yrs old. It's no big deal. |
