I was invited to go on an Oldsmobile car club road trip with my 60 DeSoto back in the late 90s, I think I kind of pisses off all the other car guys that went along because everywhere we went and stopped people drooled over the flashy 60 DeSoto. They ever brought it up and bugged me about it. The side trim in the 60 is very cool how the sun makes it flash/sparkle. After that trip they all appreciated the DeSoto.
