Hey Mike E, Enderle is this Sunday. Maybe you can bring the car there.
Let me know what time you gonna be at Jon's on Saturday, and I will
bring the video camera, and then makes you a DVD of its
"Maiden Voyage".

After all You are running what was once the "Heart & Soul" of my 59 Vert
but with some "Bypass Surgery" done by Jon!!!
Interested in seeing how She goes---long as She doesn't beat my 440!!!!

I like how she fills the gap between the garage door and sidewalk. Neighbors walking the dog might need to watch their elbows on the fin tips. The rims and tires really set her off too!

Which one gets more attention? thats a hard one , they both are visually striking its kinda like pizza and burgers you love them both but enjoy them at different times. If Im feeling doo wop like I take Christine out, if Im feeling alittle rebelious or rockabilly I take the 60 out

You've got some serious negative camber going on; don't you like those tires?

They won't be a-round, very long, at 'this' rate, Mike.

I know: the lousy camber is a consequence of slamming the suspension, but
still, those were nice looking tires.

Neil's right about the tires mike. That will cut the life of those tires down under 10,000 miles. so call me in another 10 or 15 years and we'll get some more.

I don't blame him for not wanting to drive it very much; it should corner very well, though.

The tire wear can be mitigated by adjusting the toe in, and rotating the tires every 500 miles.

Oh... I forgot to mention, both of those pictures are from before we rebuilt the front end and aligned it.
Poor alignment = poor tire wear? Wow! what a revelation. Thanks. Maybe next you can tell us all how to check the oil.
