Pretty sure its been on before
It was recently on ebay at $15000 starting bid, with no bidders

Going by the pictures, there is nothing I dont like about this car, except the price

It looks like it still needs just about everything

Engine and trans are out and not done, whole interior (I assume) needs to be done, or found (no pictures of any of it)

He says "refurbished"? does that mean made new again or just cleaned?

There is a picture of the stainless trims that looks like lots of fine scratches in the surface (scotch brite pads?)

It looks like the rust repairs and paint have been done pretty well and thats the (stuff I dont like doing) hard bit

I think he would be lucky to get it, but you never know

Love the look ect though, its very striking

Thanks fellas, I had not seen that this was on eBay before! Just looking at the pictures, it looks like you would be hard pressed to get a body fixed, get a nice paint job, and chrome work like this for less money and then there is the initial cost of the car! Yep, the engine and interior need to be done, but I hope this fella can find a buyer at that price.
