The 1970's wheels and hubcaps tell me straight up this car is not an original service vehicle and
that the "restorer" did not know enough about the subject to hunt down the right ones.

If what I have read hear on these forums is right, a 413 was not a possible option unless you
were a member of the Ramchargers.

Maybe the guy is on the up and up and an original wheel was too bent to fix and he doesn't
know a 413 from a 383 ???

Few cars look as natural as black and whites as a 61 Dodge.

The engine is at least a 64 model (or the heads are) and the ram manifolds don't have the correct exhaust manifolds so, someone has pieced this together and is calling it "original".

For sure. Edelbrock carbs and no fender panel cutouts either or anti stall pot. I'd sure want to see some documentation on this one.

Note those wheels and hubcaps. This is what a FL period Dodge cop car should ride on if equipped
with 15" wheels. They are difficult to find and most latter day mock-up cop cars are done by guys
who think the 70's versions are "close enough", but this detail really makes a car look "right" (or not).

It does have a certified speedo. Its possible that it was originally police car...but then someone got a little overboard with a resto?

Late model wheels and caps....Then emergency light overload!! Red lights in the grille, red spotlight, and blue revolver on top? That's a bit much...
