I bought a couple of these and they arrived yesterday (so I can finally test my radio)

They look good and the bolt holes line up, only thing is, they have to be mounted from under the dash, the cover sticks up if you dont

Not sure if thats how they were anyway, but the plymouth has a speaker bolted in the same way, but that doesnt have the orriginal dash in it either

All the speakers in any of the FL cars I have here, all bolt in from the bottom.

Just be aware that that speaker you bought doesn't have the correct resistance (ohms). All FL speakers should be 3 to 4 ohms. Your output transisitor on your radio could get overheated from too high a load, and/or your volume could be affected. The higher resistance affects each radio design differently...
