Hey Everyone -

Has anyone been in touch with this vendor ? I've tried to contact Kent and Peter through their website and via email, with no luck. Anyone been in touch with them ? They're in Sweden.

Ron

Ron, perhaps the guys are in the states right now - normally they answer on their phones, or they have a voice message. Try calling them first on the land line and then eventually on their mobile phones. Don't forget the differance in time zones; http://www.timeanddate.com/worldclock/sweden/stockholm

Maybe they do not do business with north americans?

I too have tried many times to get in touch with them in the past couple of years, trying to place an order and get info on some products, without any success. I have finally found my parts elsewhere and I will not try again. It is too bad as they seem to have nice parts available.

I was several times at their shop (therefore I know them personally), and I also order by email, without any problems.

They were here in the US about a month ago, or so, and they came and visited us.
They come here several times a year to buy cars, (usually FW Cars).

Well, I guess I might have been unlucky, then.

I have tried at three separate occasions to reach them by email. In total, I must have sent at least 5 or 6 emails. I have been contacted in return only once, when I was looking for a repro heel pad. Someone there sent me an email back saying "Yes we have them" without any further info. I tried again, wrote back, said I wanted to order one, without any success. Last time I tried was just a couple of months ago, I wanted to order the gaskets for the rear dual antennas. No response again, so I got them elsewhere instead.

Hi guys, here's an update; I talked to the guys yesterday and they confirm that they just got back from the states. Very much same as Gary Goers, they admit that they cannot find the time to read and follow up all e-mails. Therefore, please try to call them instead of sending e-mails. Yes, we know that this perhaps isn't the most modern and efficient way, but right now, it's the best way. Also, due to family circumstances, they are somewhat behind - but now catching up stronger day by day.
