So this is not big news but i had to share it because it was unexpected and very cool! Last night I was filling my cylinders with MMO and this fella pulled up in a new 2014 challenger and wore a mopar t shirt and he had this big grin and asked abut my 57. and we got to talking back and forth and mentioned his brother went to a flea market and snatched up 3 manula/parts books for cheap. And he said if you want for 20$ you could have the 57 dodge/plymouth/chrysler/desoto book i said sure when i have the money (went grocery shopping that day). Then we talked a little longer and he asked if i would be around i said yeah im going to oil up this engine a bit and tinker around, So he jumped back into his car and took off and came back a few minutes later and came back into the garage and handed me the book and said check it out and i was looking through it and then he says...its for you have it and use it...just like that! I found it suprising that out of all the guys who stop by to look at it and ask about it, heres a fella who had the very book i could use!

oh and another older guy cruised by and yelled out the window..that a 57? i replied sure is and he said his father had a 57 pink and grey?? lol and had a 313 V8. he was surprised that i had a 303 under the hood

There's still some good people in the world. Not very many, but they're out there.
