Background: Bought a100 2010. Sat in Farmer's field for over 20 yrs due to electrical fire in main harness (dash to engine doghouse). Repatriated harness & upgraded fuse box as the Short was from fusebox + to voltge regulator ground wire in harness. VR was originally mounted in Engine doghouse and Chrysler ran a two wire alternator field wire & Voltage regulator wire inside big harness/ adjacent to other engine electrical wires. Should have been better insulated.
Restoration took 6 yrs. Cosmetic, complete brake & electrical systems refurbishment. Once got engine running, serviced transmission & adjusted transmission gear control cable so PND21 lever positions properly aligned & activated transmission valve body appropriately. However Park Control Never worked. Always an immediate Horrible Chattering once vehicle in motion.
Regional Mopar racing tranny Specialist thought it was broken needle bearings & advised no road use.
Searching for Tech info since 2016. Last year found 62-65 Mopar Site Links that helped tremendously.
