I email them back and told them that the spray at the back of my car, didn't roll of as shown in the video. Then then asked me if I had clay barred the car and of course I said no, that, your advertising spoke nothing of clay barring? They were nice and refunded my money and I offered to send back their product. They said keep and try clay barring it and then apply. To me a very reputable company and the weather turned cold and these old bones don't work will in the cold. I paid full price + shipping. As stated, returned the total amount to me, so when summer gets here, will do the time of clay baring and then re-apply. It did work pretty well on most of the car.
