Hi Thomas, Feel free to email me and we can discuss cam profiles that would suit your Poly build. Thank you, Gary From: 'Thomas Hauschild' via The 1962 to 1965 Mopar Mail List Clubhouse <1962to1965mopars@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx> Sent: Sunday, January 3, 2021 11:33 AM To: 1962to1965mopars@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx Subject: Re: 1964 440 and Poly 318 Hi, thank you folks for the very warm welcome. Happy New Year everyone! @Mike: Great Coronet, it looks beautiful! @Bruce: Thank you, I've seen some of your parts on fb, I would have jumped on those head studs if mine were in lesser condition than I found. Head work on my engine will -if I get it done- only be a bit cleaning behind the valve seats and the stems, nothing too spectacular. @Gary: Thats very nice, I read your build article, of course, and I read some of your recommendations on camshafts. I would be very happy to get some hints on purchase options, choosing a proper cam degree and maybe possibilities for hydraulic lifters... Will it be of interest to the group if I describe my planned engine 'build' (it is not a performance approach) and the resulting car characteristic, when I'm hopefully done? Let me know if I can help you with any of your Poly camshaft questions Thomas. I can also send you information on sources for Poly engine parts that you can purchase online. Have a great New Year! Gary Pavlovich
