Here is the plug info Paul L. mentioned:

"Autolite 2974 is a great spark plug for use in Mopar Big Blocks, even more so engines with headers. -- Don D. (You may 
have to cut down the boots on the plug wires). 

The other plug suggested by Don is an Autolite 85. You may need to adjust the heat range by a step up or down 
depending on your cam and compression. -- Paul L."
