If it is like a 1962 Plymouth, the fuse box is under the front of the dash, toward the center of the dash, kind of under the radio area. The fuses are visible if you look up from the floor toward under the radio area. Seems like it may screw into the under dash, as a guess without looking closely with a flashlight.
