I checked and I only have the L side, and it has the broken pivot.  I checked the parts manual and I found part # 2254 031 Moulding, front door vent window division channel .  I had the same problem you outline and I cured my rattle by making an adjustment to a bracket or something inside the door by the rear channel.  This is as best as I recall as it has been quite awhile ago.  In looking at the parts book there is a part which looks like it is part of the "scissor" assy. that is called an "anti-rattler."  Looks like it's "retainer" p/n 6000 305.  And it's noted "use as required."

I need the window channel that fits in the vent window channel. The side glass on both sides rattles if the window isn't all the way up.
