more than likely a 2.94 as most the big luxury Chrysler's had those kinda ratios for highway cruising and miles , but if it was a 373 i would agree one to hold on too , vic

Always worth keeping. Also checking as many of the heavier Chryslers in '63 were equiped with the 3.73 gear ratio.

I got this 64 Imperial that might get scrapped since I’ve pulled the 413 engine & tranny out. I’ve been thinking about keeping the rear-end because it has those top stabilizer bars.  It looks cool under there. I’m not sure if I have any application for it at this point.

 

Is it worth the trouble of hanging on to it? I haven’t found much if any info on it, other than the 8-3/4 differential that I think it has.

That larger lug spacing I’m not crazy about because my other wheels won’t fit that rear-end.

 

Will it fit under a 69 b-body, 65 Monaco or a 66 Fury 3

 

Vic, a member of this club is thinking getting the 64 Imperial from me. So the above is kind of a backup plan.
