Bill,

I did just that-in 1988 with my 400 Chevy PU. It was my daily driver. I used a Holley TBI 2 Bbl. It cost me top end power but the drivability was much improved. With todays systems I wouldn't hesitate to swap. I have a FAST 2.0 system to go on my 1965 Belvedere II project engine. It must work as it dyno'd at 765 HP.
