Re: Proportioning Valve for disc brake conversions

I used a manual disc/drum master and prop valve from a 78 dodge truck and mounted it where the original t was for the 4 wheel drums. Then just made new lines from the master to the valve. It is on a 64 Polara.

Subject: Proportioning Valve for disc brake conversions

Hello All,

I wanted to know if anyone knows of a fixed proportioning valve, versus adjustable, for my car.

It was a factory 4 wheel manual drum.
I have the dual manual master cylinder  ( though I think it isn’t capable of satisfying my new front discs.)

So I now have manual front discs and manual rear drum.

Does anyone make a straight proportioning valve for my application?

Thanks in advance,
