--Hello,I've been looking at a number of articles on Google but still have a question:I have a 1965 differential in my car but it has a 741 open 2.93 ratio centersection.I have an early 60's complete differential that has a 741 open 3.23 ration centersection.I would really like to have the 3.23 ration centersection in my car. The question is can I remove the centersection from the tapered axle differential and install it in my 1965 differential or do I need to swap the entire differential? My car will not be abused so I am not concerned that I am running 741 centersections and I don't need sure grip.ThanksDennis C.
