Sure enough if you Google "hood to yoke seal 1242974"......... Parts book pages - and repair book pages pop up - they list it but don’t show it in the exploded views.  Lists the same number for '61-63............  Apparently a radiator core support was also called a yoke..........  Google "hood to radiator seal 1242974" and the same pages do not pop up - go figure............

I think it is called the hood to yoke seal ,whereas the other is hood to cowl.It was there to channel the air into the radiator instead of bypassing it.
I have the part as no. 1242974. And the clips 6010094.
