Any of the vendors mentioned so far are good. As you want to upgrade the headlights I suggest you talk with Daniel 
Stern. Auto lighting upgrades are his specialty. He's a Mopar guy, too. (Tell him Gary H. from the 62-65 site says 
hello.)
