Re: front suspension

"Help" would be a wonderful thing for that job.  I kind of did a piece at a time, and my 200,000 mile front end was reluctant to let go of it's friends.....  someone like Rich that has done it before and is close by would be a huge help.  I seem to always learn the hard way....  Back to the PST parts, as I recall, my kit included everything down to new sleeves for the tie rods ends.  There may be different levels of kits.  One of the few times I was not disappointed when I opened the box.

I also used PST and went with the poly/graphite. You can borrow most of the tools from O'Reilly and others. But if you break it you buy it. I may have the big socket??

My stepson had helped me and it was done in a few days. We also did the disc brake conversion. Oh yes and we replaced the torsion bars.

Let me know if I can help you with something.

I got my parts from Performance Suspension Technology (PST) .  That was EVERYTHING except the pitman.  More expensive than Rock Auto, but better stuff IMO.   For an old guy (like me), it's a bunch of work from jack stands.  I also did the steering chuck, and let me tell you getting the pitman arm off is a bitch.  Broke 4 pullers in the process.  Pitman might not be necessary for your situation though.  It was a winter job for the full suspension, another winter for the chuck, pitman and coupler rebuild. (a couple nights a week, couple hours on saturdays, my back won't allow a full assault... LOL )  Very worth it in the end.  If you have the time and patience do it yourself.   Figure on buying some tools to go with the parts.

DIY if you have the time and place to do the work. You may have to buy or rent a socket that fits the ball joint that
unscrews; (use a long breaker bar).
