You have a STUNNING Sport Fury Lyle! Very nice looking car.
Yes, grounds are the most devious of electrical gremlins; intermittent
problems are the most difficult to search and destroy. I had issues with
grounding the Orange Box on my 340 car and now run a dedicated grounding block
at the core support and redundant grounds fore & aft on my ‘56 Ply; engine
to body/body to frame...complete grounding circuit, especially since I like to
create gasket material between fenders/core support to prevents
squeaks/rust...redundant “good” grounds are mandatory.

Hi Bill
I've been following this thread with great interest, and there have been
lots of good thoughts. I don't want to embarrass myself here, but I'm wondering
about electrical instead of fuel. My '63 Sport Fury acted like that for a while
and it turned out to be the Mopar Performance Electronic Ignition Module was
loose. They have to be grounded. It had worked loose on the inner fender. The
car would start and run and then start to run awful and be hard to start. I
sanded the paint of the mounting holes of the module and added a ground wire.
(just my 2 cents)
Good Luck and please keep us posted.
