Below a copy of an email I received from Joe yesterday along with the same pics.

Hi guys and girls,
Very good news!!!! The quarter panels and the
inner & outer wheel
houses for the 63-65 Plymouth are on the water
aboard ship due here in
the middle of May. Retail on the quarters is $650.
each, my price $625.
The wheel house halves are retail $159. each, my price
is $150. I will
give some additional discount if you purchase multiple
pieces. This does
not include shipping. I will be set up as a vendor at
Chrysler Carlisle
in July, the Mopar Nats in August and the Garlits show in
Nov. Pick up
there to save shipping cost. If picking up at a show, please
preorder so
I know how many to bring.
What was supposed to be a
major patch about one inch about the body
line, has evolved into a full
quarter for the 64-65 hardtop. I
understand that it does not have the full
door jamb. When used on a
sedan or convertible body, you will have to alter
the top.

Give Joe a call at the phone number listed on the web page and you can get the price and shipping details at the same time. Most 1960's Mopar major quarters are around $600 last I looked.
Fenders I only recall fiberglass repro versions. Don't know if steel are made. Joe would know if you ask him.
