That /6 Pings horribly above 10 on the timing while under load. 8-9 had better trottle response. Running the 77 super six, can't remember the carb number.
Vacuum can and mechanical are both working fine. Not a lean burn, but was a peanut head.
Carb has its second kit in it. Checked the accelerator pump, it still has as far a throw as I can set it without the s hook binding up the little plastic cams.
The high heat if the day has arrived, inside till after dark.
