ok, SO WHY is there a circular groove ground on the inside of my timing case in my 360?? Seems if it was the eccentric grinding on the case interior ( which I know it shouldn't) it would wipe more than an 1/8 inch wide groove, because of the eccentric motion.appears to be exact diameter of the eccentric.
Could this be a timing case from a 360 magnum? Maybe they were shallower.
