I had both my bumpers re-chromed in 2004 at Nu-Chrome located in Fall River, MA. They still look like the day I picked them up, here's a link.
Also New England Chrome Plating located in East Hartford, CT., here's their link.

Subject: Re-chrome
Hi – I would get to get the shift console for my Barracuda re-chromed. Anyone have any suggestions on a good re-chrome shop in New England? All the work on the car was previously done by New England Bumper Company in Providence, RI but they seem to be out of business. Bob from Maine
