Dan, that lancer looks pretty good, hard to find anything that runs for 1000 bucks. If it's as solid as he says. Looks like it has some 'custom " seats in it. A couple years ago there was a station wagon version here for sale that ran and drove for 900 dollars. I almost got it. reality prevailed

By the way, when the ad notes "only made in 61 & 62, and 62 was the only year for three on the column transmission." What does that mean? Was the 61 3 speed standard a floor shift?
