The Dart is a 67, vice 64, and a four door, numbers-matching Dart, either 64 or 67 would be hard-pressed to pull $1400, not $14,000.  "Want" is not "will get".  Looks like about a $400 car.

 

The "440" is a 63, vice 62, and I would be surprised that a police "fleet vehicle" would be a 2dr Hardtop.  The aftermarket seats, steering wheel and shifter should eliminate this car from anyone's list of "'wants".
