Hi John, I wanted 15 inch wheels on my 63 Polara 500 to fit bigger tires, but like you I wanted to keep my original spinner hubcaps. I played a cool trick where I got a couple of 15 inch stainless "trim rings" at the junk yard. I welded the 14 inch hubcaps to the 15 inch trim ring. They look perfect and still pop on and off like a regular hubcap should. I needed to add valve extensions, which are readily available and cheap.
