They will not fit on a B Body with out modifying the fender wells.  Also the Maxi intake is a better performance set up over all.  In reality if you change the cam you have to change the runner length.  Keeping it short and sweet the runner length is determined by the amount of fuel & air that flows into the cylinder during the time the intake valve opens and closes.

This is a picture of a set of long rams, I believe these are called short ones because of the dividers going almost out to the heads , these were not used on max wedge cars but were common on the larger full size vehicles,,
