I don't have a SUPER DUPER 6 in my 78 D-150 pickup but it does have a SUPER
DUTRA 6. It has the 2 bbl plus a Dutra Dual exhaust with a pair of Smithy
glass packs. (pics attached)

Really, a Super is a two barrel carb.
