Finally got the seal today & the one I was advised was the right seal by the parts guy was a Timken 8609. Well it is not the correct seal it's about 3 times to large. I cleaned & took the kick down rod off the shaft, it appears to be a small O ring type seal in the top. I found http://www.nationalmoparts.com/merchant.ihtml?pid=4521&step=4 not sure if this is the correct one?
If that is the correct one can I still do it without dropping the pan?
Here is a link to picture the leak is coming from the Throttle Shaft that is on the picture. http://s8.beta.photobucket.com/user/tnaz71/media/2012-12-14212809_zps1f333852.jpg.html
Thanks!
I will try and get a picture of the one on mine tomorrow
