Well here's another chart I found. As you can see even though all the 62-70 B body spring perch widths were the same all the housing widths and drum to drum measurements were not. Interesting that the 64 Max Wedge cars used the narrower 62-63 rear end width. I wonder if that has anything to do with the A990 info you saw. Too wide, but the price was cheap enough , so i figured it could be a narrowing candidate. The 8.75 rears are getting hard to find.
