For the rear trunk wiring :

18-gauge, black - tail lamps and license lamps
18-gauge, brown - right turn / stop signal lamp to body connector
18-gauge, dark green - left turn / stop signal lamp to body connector
18-gauge, white - back up lamps to body connector
18-gauge, light blue - fuel gauge, tank sending unit to body connector
18-gauge, pink - trunk lamp (power) to body connector
18-gauge, yellow - trunk lamp (ground) to ground

The trunk lamp is optional, so you may not have one.  Note that the
sockets for the rear turn / tail / stop lamps have two filaments and
thus two wires leading in - one for tail and the other for stop /
turn.


Interior wiring :

18 gauge, pink - dome lamp (power) to body connector
18 gauge, yellow - dome lamp (ground) to body connector
18 gauge, pink - map or panel lamp (power)  (optional)
18 gauge, yellow - map lamp or panel lamp (ground)  (optional)
18 gauge. yellow - automatic switches - left and right doors
18 gauge, black - rear window defroster (optional)


Under hood wiring -

18 gauge, yellow - left parking lamp to right parking lamp
18 gauge., yellow with tracer (or yellow) left parking lamp to
bulkhead connector
18 gauge, tan - right turn signal lamp to bulkhead connector
18 gauge, dark green - left turn signal lamp to bulkhead connector

16 gauge, white -  headlamp to ground
16 gauge, black with tracer - left low beam headlamp (power) to right
low beam headlamp (power)
16 gauge, black - low beam headlamp (power) (outer lamps only on 4
lamp system) to bulkhead connector
16 gauge, red - high beam headlamp (power) to high beam headlamp (power)
16 gauge, red - high beam headlamp (power) to bulkhead connector

16 gauge, dark green - horn relay (H) to horn relay(s)
18 gauge, black - horn relay (G) to bulkhead connector
16 gauge, violet - horn relay (B) to starter relay (B)

12 gauge, red - starter relay (B) to starter (BATT)
12 gauge, red - starter relay (B) to bulkhead connector
12 gauge, brown - starter relay (SOL) to starter (SOL)
12 gauge, yellow - starter relay (ST) to bulkhead connector
16 gauge, brown - starter relay (G) to neutral safety switch (automatic)

18 gauge, violet - temperature gauge sending unit to bulkhead connector
18 gauge, grey - oil pressure sending unit to bulkhead connector

18 gauge, dark blue - ballast resistor (B) to ignition coil (+)
18 gauge. brown - ballast resistor (B) to bulkhead connector (to START
on ignition switch)

16 gauge, dark blue - ballast resistor (A) to bulkhead connector (to
ON on ignition switch)
16 gauge, dark blue - ballast resistor (A) to BATT on voltage regulator

18 gauge, dark green - FLD on alternator to FLD on voltage regulator
12 gauge, black - BATT on alternator to bulkhead connector


The factory wrap on the car's wiring was plain black electrical wiring
tape.  Nothing fancy.  Just note the way they ended the wrap and also
where wires came off the wrapping before the end.
