Re: Hemmings motor oil



Rotella used to but as of 2011 their zinc additives dissapeared due to
new diesel engines having cataletic converters.

Zinc actually clogs cats so it was eliminated from diesel oils as well.

Another thing to remember, diesel oils are formulated for low rpm
engines. If you ever wind out your classic then this is another thing
to consider.
