Anyone use Deoxit 5 on our cars? I play guitar (badly) and pulled out a 30 old amp that had stopped working. Volume was low and fading in and out and generally flaky. Sounded like electronics had gone bad. Did some research on line and repair guys recommended this stuff left and right. Opened the back, sprayed and worked the pots on the knobs and the all of jacks, and bingo, back to new. The did the same with an older guitar with one of the pickups not working. Bingo again. I'm thinking about heading into the garage and spraying every electrical connector I can see. - Jim Jim Altemose, Long Island, NY '63 Polara 500 (Max Wedge) '63 Polara 500 (383) '65 Belvedere I (Street Wedge) '71 Bronco -- -- -- Please address private email -- email of interest to only one person -- directly to that person.
