More about trans output shaft housing



FYI to the groups, I have removed the rear output shaft housing from the '63 Ply 727 pb trans. It was very simple. Of course you remove the speedo gear and the parking sprag cable. Then remove the flange and the 5 bolts around the housing.  BUT there is a 6th bolt that is long and goes through the parking sprag.  Remove it and Walla the housing pulls right off.  WooHoo,  step one completed :-)
