As I mentioned before I had completely fractured my tailshaft housing all the way around just behind the trans mount. It is the 727 pushbutton unit behind my '64 318 poly. I have another transmission in hand now and want to remove the tailshaft housing from it and install it on my transmission, after a few mods ie: gussets.What do I need to do to remove the housing?
