A friend of mine just used some stuff he got at Lowes, he said it's like a rubber coating. Looks good though, can't say how it holds up, he only did it a few months ago. I was always going to have a set of tru spoke wire wheels powder coated, but never did. Now, ain't I just a lot of help. I don't even know the name of the stuff he used, can't find the paper I wrote it on.
