That's exactly what I was gonna do tomorrow. There's not much online about it. I can't figure it'd be a short, everything was meticulously made right and organized. The valve is a new adjustable valve, along with all new lines and all that good stuff. The level was really low, so ima start there. Ima bring it tomorrow to a friend that builds these things everyday, get him to help me bleed them. If the light flickers when I bleed them, that's the problem. Well that's what the problem was on a mustang forum. I'm sure it's applicable.
Sent from my iPhone Don't pull the bulb, that was somebodys joke. The light is on because you have a short in the wiring, or a fault in your brakes. Find it and fix it. It's a warning light, if you ignor it you will have trouble. If your Oil light was on you wouldn't drive it till you knew why it was on or fixed it. Same thing. You don't want to crash that thing, you just got it. If you can't figure it out, take it to a shop and let them tell you why the lights on.

Haha so many things!!! Damn, I wouldnt even know where to start. I figured since it was really low, maybe I turned a corner and some air got in. Maybe...I added and filled it up a good bit. I guess I'll try the bleeding tomm just to see. If that don't work I guess I'll pull the bulb. I hate doing that though I'd like it to work right.

Yes but the brake system is different, it helps to know what your working on. Unless air got sucked into your system I doubt the proportioning valve has flipped one way or the other. You would have to have a leak some where for that to flip, and you will still have that leak.
If the Master cylinder has one side bad it will make the light come on, if the parking brake is on the light comes on, if the parking brake switch is stuck or shorting out the light comes on,
if the proportioning valve has a leak in the system somewhere the light comes on, if the switch on the proportioning valve is bad the light comes on, if that wire has a short the light comes on....
this can go on and on. I doubt you have a cap on that car that tells when the fluid is low, that's newer cars that do that, unless it was added....if it was added that switch can be bad, and the light comes on.......
end

I'm not sure honestly. Haven't used it yet. But since fluid was low that was my first guess.

Does your emergency brake have a switch to tell you
its on? Those usually activate the "BRAKE" system light. Could bve a faulty
switch.

The light goes off in the problem is corrected obviously the problem is not
corrected it could be 1 of the dozen different things. Most common is
the master cylinder or the fluid level gauge is at fault

Use the page out of the service manual to cover the bulb, if memory
serves me right it is just a couple pages after the one covering brake
drum hammer size
Hahah well I was low on fluid so I added, now I don't know how to
get it to run off
