So, I think the issue is in where the anchors are positioned when I have the tbar installed and put the bolts in. The book calls for anchors to be at 4 o'clock and 8 o'clock. I did that and ran the bolt an inch up and through the swivle bolt. When I dropped the car it went way down again. When I jacked it up I noticed both swivle bolts had popped up and the bolts bottomed out. I attach a pic of the right tbar at what I think is 4 o'clock. Also the tbar showing how the swivle bolt popped upwards when I lowered the car. The other pic is the right tbar with the anchor moved one notch to 3 o' clock for reference. I thought I would just install the tbats are those positions, run the bolt an inch up through the swivle and be close. It just drops down though.
