No.  It's on the ground, wheels.  Also I read the t-bar anchors have
to be at 4 o'clock and 8 o'clock (120 degrees) down from the frame
when installing t-bars.

I'll try jacking it up.   I'll also look at how much I've threaded the
adjusting bolt through already.  If that doesn't work,  I guess I'll
take the bars out and try to have the anchors at 4 and 8 when I put
the fronts into the lower control arm.

Any other advice is apreciatted.    .. including how to spell
"apreciatted", lol.
