At swap meets (in-person or online) is your best bet for the valve covers. 

There is a fellow in Australia making new aftermarket chrome valve covers. Gary P., member here, has the details. 

At one time, chrome valve covers for 318 poly motors were available from Herb's Mid-Atantic Auto Parts. 302-376-8653. I don't know if these are still available. 

You can use an aftermarket chrome air cleaner. If you want a stock-looking chrome air cleaner you'll need to have the one on your car chromed. You can have your original valve covers chromed too, of course.
