Re: Question!

Yea I have exactly the same suspicions. The couple that own it are really old, keep you on the phone for 45 min literally. He seems to have been up front about any problems or things he sees that migh e wrong with it. Doesn't even know how to work a computer he gets his son to do everything for him lol I'm going to look at it tomm then take a few days to decide. He's gotta like mine too. I'm not gonna get my hopes up it might be total junk. If its as good as he says it is it'll show. If not then ima just forget about it. I really wish I could trade for a Mopar with a little more muscle look. But who would trade a grocery getter for a muscle car? Lol

I would be suspicious of the interior, it screams out shortcut.  I can't think of any manufacture that used corduroy in a interior like that , and everything wrapped in it is reminiscent of the covered dash pads & armrests that interior shops love to do on out cars.  Back in the 70s & 80s they loved tweed & corduroy, just sayin.  Just make sure they did not do a shortcut on the engine & tranny and do a Dupont overhaul on them.  Another reason to be suspicious about the buick, is, according to NADA $11,300 low and $32,300 high.  Now, your 880 is $3,100 low and $7,300 high.  You know what they say about if it is too good to be true!  Just my $00.02
